Why can’t I hear anything in my headphones/headset even though the volume is turned right up?

Check that the headphones are plugged properly at the back of the PC and that the volume on the headset itself is also on.

How do I adjust the volume on my computer?

Left click on the volume icon found on the bottom right of your screen and adjust accordingly.
