Can I plug my Digital Camera into the APN Public PC?

You can try.  If you plug in the device and a Administrator username and password box appears on the screen you can NOT use your device on the PC.  If the device requires software or drivers to be installed before it shows in My Computer then NO you can't use your device on the APN Public PCs.  The Public PCs are setup not to allow new software or new hardware to be installed on them.

If you plug in your device you may see it appear in My Computer - this means you should be able to access the files stored on the flash memory of your USB device.

Note:  If you plug in your device and the computer displays a message regarding the device may not work properly until the computer is restarted, Do NOT RESTART the PC.  All changes are wiped when the computer restarts, so the process is futile.

Options:

If your device has a memory card then remove it from your eg camera and plug the card into one of the memory card slots at the front of the PC.  It will be accessible from My Computer either G:\ H:\ I:\ or J:\ drive (depends on what slot is used).
