How can I resize images using Microsoft Office Picture Manager?

APN Public PC Step-by-step instructions 

• right click the image you wish to resize
• left click Open With
• select Microsoft Office Picture Manager
• select Picture menu
• select Resize
• on the right hand side of the screen a tool bar will appear
• you can select the "predefined width x height" option to select a new image size
• eg Email smal
• click on the OK button
• VERY IMPORT select File, Save As
• Give your image a new name (don't overwrite your existing image)
• click on the SAVE button

You have now created a second image file which is of a different (smaller) size that it's original.
