Feedback and reporting problems

 

Talk to a library staff member if you experience technical problems with the APN Public PCs.  Library staff have experience and training in using the People's Network computers and are happy to help.   They also can report any technical issues to the APN team to be dealt with asap.

 

For example - you should talk to a library staff member if

 

  • a website is blocked but you don't believe it should be
  • you can't print
  • you are unable to find your files on your USB drive, CD or memory card
